【摘要】 交通事故处理工作作为社会管理工作的一个组成部分,起到了维护交通秩序,维持社会安定的重要作用。在发生的交通事故中,车辆擦碰的轻微车物损失事故占很大比例,对这些交通事故进行快速处理既方便群众、减少交警的工作量,同时也缓解了交通堵塞。通过建立党组织和政府为领导核心、交警依法行政为依托、保险公司服务为基础的"三位一体"的社会管理新体制,优化社会资源,通过建立健全保险公司的快速理赔、交通事故现场快处快撤、驾驶人奖惩等保障机制,实现轻微道路交通事故快处、快撤、快赔。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traffic accident processing,as a part of the social administration,plays an important role in maintaining traffic order and social stability.Among the traffic accidents,a big amount are minor car crash,which may cause little damage or loss.Immediate process of such cases can not only make the process more convenient for the public and alleviate work load of the police,but also could mitigate traffic congestion.A new "Three in one" mechanism for social administration should be set up,which consists of the party and government,law enforcement of traffic police,and service of insurance company.By implementing methods such as quick claim of insurance,immediate process of the traffic accident,rewards and punishments to drivers,and etc,police can dealing with traffic accident with efficiency.更多还原
