【Abstract】 Due to lack of rights to set majors,Local open universities don’t have experience and ability to construct subjects and majors.Through promoting subject-major construction,forming the system of subjects and majors,building a team to teach and study and providing resources of different subjects and internet studying are the top priorities of the pilot program.Take Yunnan Open University as an example,the writer discussed the goals,principles,tasks,contents and measures of subject-major construction of local open universities.更多还原
