【摘要】 研究4个不同来源的组合诱导产生的单倍体在海南和黑龙江省自然加倍率的差异。结果表明,不同来源的材料其单倍体自然加倍率差异明显,相同来源的单倍体在海南和黑龙江省的自然加倍率也有明显差异,4个组合在海南的平均自然加倍率为7.61%,在黑龙江省为4.42%;其中组合M03(瑞德)在海南和黑龙江省的自然加倍率平均为9.94%,在4个组合中最高;M04(兰卡斯特)的平均加倍率为3.88%,为4个组合中最低,在海南比黑龙江省更有利于玉米单倍体的自然加倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Haploid induced from 4 different sources was used to study on the natural doubling rate.The results showed that natural doubling rates of maize haploid were different from the different sources and in Heilongjiang and Hainan.The average doubling rates of these comparisons were 7.61% in Hainan province and 4.42% in Heilongjiang.The average doubling rate of M03(Reid) was 9.94%,that was the highest one in these four comparisons,and the M04(Lan) was 3.88%,it was the lowest one.These results indicated that planting in Hainan province is better than Heilongjiang for natural doubling rate.更多还原
