【Abstract】 The images of well bottom of micro-plate need precise cutting to eliminate the interference information when spot analysis is performed through Elispot reader.A method of precise location is proposed in the paper to cut the well bottom images of micro-plate for Elispot reader.According to the characteristics of Elispot images,the method firstly transforms the original color images to gray ones on which to perform edge detection,then finds the well bottom circle on edge images,and at last to cut the whole images to bottom circle images.The method solves the problem of precise location and cutting for the well bottom circle images of micro-plate,reduce the accuracy need for mechanical positioning and manufacturing.The method can be used in the similar image analysis of object location based on micro-plate.更多还原
