【摘要】 目的探讨不典型静脉窦血栓(Atypia Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis,CVST)的MRI表现,以提高本病的诊断及鉴别诊断。一般静脉窦血栓的MRI表现比较典型,而不典型静脉窦血栓的表现多样,无典型的临床症状及影像表现,容易误诊、漏诊,而CVST的早期准确诊断对临床治疗及预后尤为重要。方法对经临床证实的5例不典型静脉窦血栓的MRI表现做了回顾性分析,总结归纳了该类疾病的影像学特征。结果不典型静脉窦血栓与典型静脉窦血栓的MRI表现比较,可见其特征性的影像异常信号。结论不典型静脉窦血栓亦有其特征性的影像表现,结合临床及MR、MRV能及早做出相应的正确诊断,但须与其他常见颅内病变相鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the MRI performance of atypia cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,and improve the diagnosis for this kind of sickness.The MRI of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis performance typical but the atypia cerebral venous sinus thrombosis are various,which without clinical symptoms and image performance.That means its more easy to misdiagnose,missed diagnosis,and its very important for the diagnosis of CVST and clinical care.Methods To make retrospective analyses for the clinical verification of five MRI cases with no typia cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,and to conclude the imaging characteristics of this kind of disease.Results Compared with typical cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,atypia cerebral venous sinus thrombosis has mark signal.Conclusion atypia cerebral venous sinus thrombosis also exist its feature image performance,and to make the correct diagnose combined with clinical and MR,MRV,but should be discriminated with common Intracranial lesions.更多还原
