【摘要】 目的观察CT引导下经皮穿刺平阳霉素碘油乳剂瘤内注射治疗肝血管瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法 26例患者共30个瘤体,29例次行CT引导下经皮穿刺瘤内不同深度及方向注射平阳霉素16-24mg+碘油10ml乳剂至瘤体基本充填。3月后CT观察瘤体变化及不良反应。结果本组26例中,CR10例、PR14例、NC2例(1例2次治疗后达PR,1例6月后复查达PR),最终有效率100%。91%(10/11)患者症状能缓解,无严重并发症发生。5d后肝功能复查未见损伤改变。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺平阳霉素碘油乳剂瘤内注射治疗肝血管瘤是一种操作相对简单、创伤小、经济安全、有效、可重复、患者易于接受的治疗方法。更多还原
