医疗机构用药安全风险分析

【摘要】 目的探讨医疗机构存在的用药安全风险,提高用药安全管理水平。方法列举工作中发生的用药差错或存在的用药安全风险,分析医疗机构用药安全情况。结果医疗机构药品的储存、处方、调剂、发放、使用、监测等环节是存在用药安全风险的重点环节,应采取相应措施防范用药差错。结论用药安全风险存在于医疗机构药品流通的每个环节,只有药师、医师和护士共同关注医院药品管理、处方调剂和药物治疗,才能真正保证患者用药安全。医疗机构建立无惩罚性的给药差错自愿报告制度,将有利于提高医疗机构用药安全管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risks of the drug use safety and to increase the management of the drug use safety in the medical system.Methods List the errors or existing risks of the drug use safety at work.Analyze the situations in drug use safety in the medication system.Results Drug storage,prescription,formulation,dispensing,usage,and monitoring,etc,are the important steps with the risks in the drug use safety.Appropriate methods should be applied to prevent from any errors in the drug use.Conclusions The risks in drug use safety exist in every step of the drug logistics in the medical system.In order to make sure the safety of drug use on the patients,all of pharmacists,doctors,and nurses should work together to pay attention to hospital drug management,prescription,formulation,and drug treatment.The self-reporting policy for the errors in the drug use,which is not for the penalizing purpose,will increase the management of drug use safety in the medical system.更多还原
