【摘要】 目的探讨脑脊液分流术联合甘露醇治疗急性脑积水的临床效果。方法选取急性脑积水患者140例,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予甘露醇治疗;观察组患者给予脑脊液分流术联合甘露醇治疗。对两组患者治疗效果及不良反应进行统计和比较。结果观察组患者显效率及总有效率分别为62.16%和91.89%,对照组分别为37.88%和63.64%,观察组明显高于对照组;经过3d治疗观察组患者无肾功能异常,电解质紊乱者为1.35%,对照组分别为6.06%和28.79%,经过7d治疗观察组患者肾功能异常及电解质紊乱者分别为1.35%和17.57%,对照组分别为6.06%和36.36%,观察组患者不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组。上述比较两组差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑脊液分流术联合甘露醇治疗急性脑积水是一种有效而安全的治疗方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cerebrospinal fluid shunt mannitol in the treatment of acute hydrocephalus.Methods 140 cases of acute hydrocephalus patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with mannitol treatment,and the observation group was treated with cerebrospinal fluid shunt mannitol treatment.The treatment effect and side effects of the two groups were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group was 62.16% and 91.89%,and the control group was 37.88% and 63.64%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group.After 3 days treatment,there was without renal dysfunction in the observation group,and the electrolyte imbalance was 1.35%.The control group was 6.06% and 28.79%.The abnormal renal function and electrolyte disorder was respectively 1.35% and 17.57% in the observation group after 7 days treatment observation group of patients,and the control group was 6.06% and 36.36%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The above comparison between the two groups,there was with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion The cerebrospinal fluid shunt mannitol in the treatment of acute hydrocephalus is an effective and safe treatment modality.更多还原
