【摘要】 目的研究18氟-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)标准摄取比值(SUVmax)与肺癌临床病理类型的相关性。方法对10例小细胞肺癌、20例鳞状细胞癌、49例腺癌、2例细支气管肺泡癌行18F-FDG PET/CT显像,并测量肺癌原发灶的SUVmax值,应用One Way-ANOVA LSD统计分析方法评价18F-FDG SUVmax值与肺癌病理类型和肿瘤分化程度的相关性。结果小细胞肺癌、鳞状细胞癌及腺癌原发灶18F-FDG SUVmax值之间均无明显差异;细支气管肺泡癌与小细胞肺癌、鳞状细胞癌、腺癌18F-FDG SUVmax之间具有显著性差异(P值分别为0.005、0.008、0.017)。低、中、高分化的肺癌之间具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论肺癌对18F-FDG的摄取程度与肺癌的分化程度有关,分化程度越低,摄取越多;鳞状细胞癌、腺癌及小细胞肺癌之间18F-FDG摄取无明显差异,细支气管肺泡癌对18F-FDG摄取与其他类型肺癌之间存在显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the correlation between the standardized uptake value(SUVmax) of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG) and clinical pathology in lung cancer.Methods 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging was performed on 81 patients(10 patients of small cell lung cancer,20 patients of squamous carcinoma,49 patients of adencarcinoma and 2 patients of bronchovesicular carcinoma),and SUVmax was measured.Then we analyzed the relevance between 18F-FDG SUVmax and pathology with One Way-ANOVA LSD of SPSS.Results There was no significant difference of SUVmax among small cell lung cancer,squamous carcinoma and adencarcinoma,while there was significant difference in the 18F-FDG SUVmax of bronchovesicular carcinoma and those of small cell lung cancer,squamous carcinoma and adencarcinoma(P =0.005,0.008,0.017 respectively).There was significant difference among poorly differentiated,moderately differentiated and well-differentiated lung cancer(P <0.01).Conclusions The 18F-FDG SUVmax of lung cancer was relevant to the differentiation of lung cancer.There was no significant difference of 18F-FDG SUVmax among small cell lung cancer,squamous carcinoma,adencarcinoma,while there was significant difference between bronchovesicular carcinoma and the other three types of lung cancer(i.e.small cell lung cancer,squamous carcinoma and adencarcinoma).更多还原
