【摘要】 目的探讨他汀类药物预处理对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗手术患者预后的影响。方法将2011年1月-2012年3月在我院行PCI的58患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规治疗,治疗组加服给予阿托伐他汀,24周后随访观察术后患者血液流变学指数、心脑血管事件(MACCE)发生情况,以及血脂的生化指标。结果他汀类药物干预的血液流变学指数血液粘度、全血粘度和血小板聚集率治疗组在PCI术后均显著低于对照组,P<0.05,且基本处于正常水平,对照组各指标均高于正常水平;治疗组的总心脑血管事件(MACCE)发生率为6.45%,显著低于对照组22.22%,P<0.05;TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C均有不同程度的降低,且TG、TC和HDL-C三项指标的降低有显著性差异,P<0.05;LDL-C的降低无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论他汀类药物预处理经皮冠状动脉介入治疗手术患者能有效改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of statin drug pretreatment on surgery prognosis after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods 58 patients in our hospital with PCI from January 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Patients in both groups were received conventional therapy,and the treatment group was added to give atorvastatin.The hemorheology index,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCE),as well as biochemical indicators of blood lipids for 24 weeks of follow-up for the patients were observed.Results The intervention of statins hemorheology index of blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the treatment group after PCI were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05),and they were basically at the normal level.The indicators of the control group were higher than the normal level.The total cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCE) rate of the treatment group was 6.45%,significantly lower than the control group of 22.22%(P <0.05).There were degree of reduction of TG and TC,LDL-C HDL-C,and the reduction of TG,TC and HDL-C had significant difference,(P <0.05).The reduction of LDL-C had no significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion The statin drug pretreatment after percutaneous coronary intervention can effectively improve the prognosis.更多还原
