血液透析深静脉置管感染的护理干预

【摘要】 目的分析血液透析深静脉置管的感染原因,探讨有效的护理干预措施,降低感染率,延长导管使用时间,提高患者生活质量。方法比较改进后的护理方法与原护理方法,对患者发生感染率及置管使用时间进行统计学分析。结果观察组感染率为47.83%,对照组感染率为8.7%,P<0.01。结论应用新的护理方法,可使血液透析患者感染率降低,置管使用时间延长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the reason of the peripheral catheterization infection of hemodialysis,in order to explore the effective nursing intervention measuresreduced infection rates,extend the catheter use time,and improve the quality of life of the patients.Methods Compare the improved nursing methods and the original nursing methods.Do a statistical analysis for patients to happen and the use of time for infection rate.Result The observation group infection rate was 47.83%,Control group the infection rate was 8.7%,P<0.01.Conclusion Reduce infection rates of hemodialysis patients and make the use of time of catheter longer by means of application of new nursing methods.更多还原
