七氟烷对兔定量药物脑电图δ频段功率百分比的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨七氟烷对兔定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)δ频段影响的量效关系和时效关系。方法 18只成年家兔随机分为七氟烷50,100和200μl·kg-1组,应用QPEEG,采用功率谱分析法,分析兔静注七氟烷前后δ频段功率百分比的变化。结果七氟烷50μl·kg-1对δ频段的功率百分比无明显影响;七氟烷100μl·kg-1使δ频段的功率百分比在各脑区30 s~10 min内增加(P<0.05);七氟烷200μl·kg-1使δ频段的功率百分比在各脑区30 s~10 min内显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01);δ频段的功率百分比的改变与七氟烷剂量在30 s~10 min内均成显著正相关(r=0.734~0.944,P<0.01)。结论七氟烷以剂量依赖方式增加兔QPEEGδ频段的功率百分比,提示δ频段可能成为反映麻醉深度的指标。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of sevoflurane on δ-band of quantitative pharmaco-electroencephalogram(QPEEG) in rabbits,and the dose-effect and time-effect relationships.METHODS Eighteen healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups(n=6),sevoflurane 50,100 and 200 μl·kg-1.The EEG samples were obtained prior to and at regular intervals(0,0.5,1,2,3,5 and 10 min) within 10 min following the administration of sevoflurane.EEG activity was processed with power spectral analysis.RESULTS The percentage of δ-band power showed no significant changes in sevoflurane 50 μl·kg-1 group but increased and reached a significant level(P<0.05)in sevoflurane 100 and 200 μl·kg-1 groups after 30 s-10 min in all regions of the brain,especially in sevoflurane 200 μl·kg-1 group.Changes in δ-band power 30 s-10 min following adminitration of sevoflurane were correlated with the dose of sevoflurane(r=0.734-0.944,P<0.01).CONCLUSION With the increasing dose of sevoflurane,the percentage of δ-band power progressively increases,suggesing that δ-band power can be an effective means of monitoring the depth of anesthesia.
