【摘要】 目的:探讨闭式负压引流在口腔颌面部多间隙感染中的应用。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在科室自2010年1月-2012年1月收治的39例口腔颌面部多间隙感染患者,采用脓肿切开闭式负压引流技术,分析临床效果。结果:本组39例患者,经闭式负压引流术及有效抗生素治疗后均治愈,顺利出院。结论:应用闭式负压引流可以建立优异的引流,冲洗操作方便有效,依据负压能够有效去除腔隙坏死物,且具有缩短疗程,切口隐蔽不影响美观的优点,值得在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Explore the application of closed negative pressure drainage in multi-space infection of oral and maxillofacial.Methods:Retrospective analyzed 39 patients with multi-space infection in oral and maxillofacial between January 2010 and January 2012.We performed incision of abscess and closed negative pressure drainage on them and analyzed the clinical effects.Results:All 39 patients in this group were healed following closed negative pressure drainage and effective antibiotic treatment and successfully discharged.Conclusion:The application of closed negative pressure drainage could build excellent drainage with convenient and effective washing operation.It could effectively remove sphacelus in lacuna with negative pressure and had advantages of shortening course of treatment and had no affect on appearance due to hidden incision which deserves to be promoted and applied clinically.更多还原
