【摘要】 目的:观察老年开腹手术患者麻醉术中体温变化对C-反应蛋白的影响。方法:选择全麻下行开腹手术的老年患者,麻醉手术中连续监测核心温度,并检测对应时间点机体C-反应蛋白(CRP)的含量。结果:麻醉手术中各时间点核心体温均较术前降低;术后24h内最高腋温与术前体温比较急剧升高;麻醉手术后2hCRP较术前下降;术后24hCRP较术前及麻醉手术后2h明显增高。结论:老年开腹手术患者围手术期中,CRP因机体温度的变化而不同,核心体温降低时,CRP下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the temperature changes of elderly patients underwent laparotomy in Narcotherapy and record CRP changes along with his/her temperature.Methods:We selected the elderly patients with underwent laparotomy under general anesthesia,monitor core temperature continuously in operation,and monitor CRP content in patient body corresponding with the time.Results:After anesthetic operation every core temperature correspond time reduced:24 hours after operation highest sharp rose in armpit temperature compared with preoperation;2 hours after anesthetic operation CRP reduced compared with properation;24 hours after operation CRP was obviously highly than it when anesthetic operation had accomplished for 2 hours.Conclusion:After general anesthesia,elderly patients underwent laparotomy,CRP will be different because of body temperature changes,when core body temperature reduces,CRP will reduce too.更多还原
