【摘要】 目的:分析踝关节骨折的手术治疗方法及效果,将两种术式和体会进行对比。方法:选择2009年12月-2011年12月笔者所在医院踝关节需要手术的26例患者,随机分为两组,各13例。对照组采用腓骨正中自后向前穿过单层胫骨皮质固定,观察组采用经腓骨后侧入路治疗内固定,比较两组术式治疗后的效果。结果:随访后发现,观察组愈合情况:优8例,占61.54%;良2例,占15.38%;一般2例,占15.38%;差1例,占7.69%。对照组愈合情况:优5例,占38.46%;良4例,占30.77%;一般3例,占23.08%;差1例,占7.69%。两组患者在治疗和治愈过程中未出现骨粘连等并发症。结论:经腓骨后侧入路治疗内固定手术是治疗踝关节骨折的有效方法,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the method and result of surgical treatment of the ankle fractures,two kinds of operation and experience are compared.Methods:26 cases of ankle surgery patients from December 2009 to December 2011 in author’s hospital were choiced,all patients were divided into two groups,every group had 13 cases,the control group in the middle of the peroneal since through single cortical fixed forward tibial,the observation group by the way side by fibular fixation treatment,compared the effect after surgical treatment between the two groups.Results:After the follow-up,found that the observation group healing analysis showed that the optimal for 8 cases,accounting for 61.54%;good for 2 cases,accounting for 15.38%;generally for 2 case,accounting for 15.38%;poor for 1 case,accounting for 7.69%.The control group healing analysis showed that the optimal for 5 cases,accounting for 38.46%;good for 4 cases,accounting for 30.77%;generally for 3 cases,accounting for 23.08%;poor for 1 case,accounting for 7.69%.Two groups of patients did not appear bone adhesion such complications in the treatment and cure process.Conclusion:The fibular side into the road in the treatment of fixed surgery is the effective method of ankle fractures,is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
