【摘要】 目的探讨如何评价女性膀胱颈硬化症患者手术治疗的效果。方法根据尿流动力学检查,将69例患者分为3组,A组31例为单纯逼尿肌压增高;B组29例为逼尿肌压增高合并逼尿肌过度活动;C组9例为逼尿肌收缩无力。结果 A组有效率100.0%;B组有效率55.2%;C组有效率为0%。结论尿流动力学检查有助于女性膀胱颈硬化症患者的手术指征的选择,可筛选出逼尿肌过度活动及收缩无力的患者,减少一些不必要的手术,有利于指导术后治疗,避免给患者增加一些不必要的创伤和经济损失。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore how to evaluate the efficiency of female patiences with vesical neck sclerosis treated by operation.Methods According to the results of the urodynamics,69 female patients with vesical neck sclerosis were divided into three groups:A,B and C.31 patients in group A were merely with high detrusor pressure,and 29 patients in group B were with high detrusor pressure and detrusor overactivity,and 9 patients in group C were with weak detrusor urinae contraction.Results The respective success rate of the three groups was 100.0% in group A,and 55.2% in group B,and 0% in group C.There was conspicuous difference in therapeutic effect of the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to choose the operation indication of the female patiences with vesical neck sclerosis by urodynamics,and to reduce the unnecessary operation of the patience with detrusor overactivity or weak detrusor urinae contraction.更多还原
