【摘要】 目的 对比分析腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的短期效果。方法 选取笔者所在医院于2008年9月～2011年2月收治的67例结直肠癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组33例患者采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,对照组34例患者采用开腹手术进行治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果 两组患者均未出现术后严重并发症以及死亡例数,治疗组在术中失血量、住院时间等方面明显优于对照组,而两组患者的短期生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌安全、可靠,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To contrast analysis the short-term effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods 67 cases treated patients with colorectal cancer in the writer’s hospital frome September 2008 to February 2011,were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,33 patients in the treatment group were treated by laparoscopic surgery,34 patients in the control group were treated by open surgery,the treatment effect of two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The patients of two groups all did not appear postoperative serious complications and death number,the perioperative blood loss and the length of time of treatment group were better than control group,and the short-term survival of two groups of patients was not statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer is safe,reliable,and Worth clinical promotion.更多还原
