基于图像的原矿碎石粒度检测与分析系统

【摘要】 在综合分析了碎矿复杂特性的基础上,合理运用图像分析与模式识别技术实现了传送带矿石的在线体积建模及粒径分布计算,研发了基于图像的原矿碎石粒度检测与分析系统。系统于2010于应用于山东黄金集团焦家金矿,通过采样分析并与破碎车间细碎入料产品的6个粒级做筛分对比,累积率误差小于5%,证明该系统能够真实反映矿石的实际粒度分布,为提升现场工艺参数提供参考,具有较强的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Based on a comprehensive analysis of the complex nature of the crushed ores,and using the technology of both image analysis and pattern recognition,online volume modeling and size distribution calculations are accomplished,the image-based volume modeling and particle size analysis system is developed.The system is used in Jiaojia Gold Ore of Shandong Gold Group Co.,Ltd.in 2010.Sampling screening results by contrast with 6 groups finely feed products in crushing plant show that the error rate is less than 5%.It is feasible that the image system can truly reflect the actual size distribution,which may replace the traditional manual sample screening.Our work can provide reference advice to enhance the engineer parameters with a well practical value.
