【摘要】 基于技术创新阶段性特征,构建了包括两系统多主体的技术创新系统概念模型,运用数据包络分析设计了技术效率评价模型,对技术创新系统效率、子系统效率以及各技术创新主体效率进行描述.在给出我国31个省份技术创新各阶段及不同主体技术创新效率值完全排序的同时,通过技术创新效率省际差异比较、子系统效率差异比较以及研发主体效率差异比较,进一步揭示和总结了我国各省技术创新效率的地域性、阶段性、规模效益递增等特征;通过对各阶段、各主体技术创新效率值规模效益的识别,指出各省提升技术创新效率的着力点.更多还原

【Abstract】 It composes two systems multi-agents conceptual model of technological innovation with fully considering the stage characteristics of technological innovation,and then constructs a multi-system DEA(data envelopment analysis) model for computing the efficiency of both the system and subsystems.An illustrating example using the data of 31 provinces in China are taken.Based on the presented model,it measures and compares the efficiency scores for technological innovation of all the 31 provinces,and discovers some special characteristics of technical innovation efficiencies in different regions and stages.Also,it evaluates the scale benefit in all the subsystems in order to provide more suggestions for efficiency improvement.更多还原
