玉竹总皂苷超声波提取工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:对玉竹总皂苷超声提取的最佳提取工艺进行研究。方法:通过正交试验优选出超声波提取玉竹总皂苷的最佳工艺。结果:超声波提取玉竹总皂苷的最佳工艺为提取温度60℃,液料比60,超声时间30 min。结论:超声波法与传统加热回流法提取玉竹总皂苷的提取率差异不具有统计学意义,但超声波法具有简单、快捷、省时等优点,为从玉竹中提取总皂苷提供高效、节能的新方法。

【Abstract】 Objective:Optimize ultrasonic extracttechnology of the total saponins from Polygonatum odoratum. Methods:Orthogonal experiment was adopted to analyze the ultrasonic extraction technology of total saponins from Changbai Mountain Polygonatum odoratum.Results:The optimum extraction process on Polygonatum odoratum was 60℃of the temperature,1:60 as the water weight ratio and 30 min as extraction time.Conclusion:There is no obvious difference between the ultrasonic extraction and traditional heating extraction at the total saponins extraction rate of Polygonatum odoratum.Ultrasonic extraction is an effctive,energy-saving new method for the total saponins from Polygonatum odoratum.
