【摘要】 黄连解毒汤作为清热泻火的经典方剂,广泛应用于中医临床。本方立意在于清热泻火解毒,主治一切火毒至盛病证,不论表里上下,皆可加减用之。对于黄连解毒汤的研究和应用屡见不鲜,但是对于其处方来源文献报道混乱;用药品种不明确;处方用量换算基础不清晰。本文通过文献的查阅和整理,对于黄连解毒汤的来源、用药品种及剂量换算进行了整理和确证,阐明了黄连解毒汤方的经方用法,为临床及研究上黄连解毒汤更加合理有效的运用提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a classic prescription of eliminating heat and purging fire, Huang Lian Jie Du Tang (HLJDT) is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine clinic. Though investigations and applications of HLJDT were reported broadly, the origins medicine formula, crude drug species and dosage conversion of this prescription are still not clear. In this paper, the origins of prescription, crude drug species and dosage conversion of HLJDT were examined by consulting relevant literatures.
