广西百色市1878例0~6岁儿童血铅水平与微量元素锌、铁、钙、铜、镁检测结果分析

【摘要】 目的了解百色市儿童血铅水平及微量元素缺乏的情况。方法随机抽取百色市城区和部分县区幼儿园及百色市妇幼保健院儿童保健门诊体检的0~6岁儿童共1 878例血标本,分为~1岁、~3岁、~6岁组和居住在工业区及非工业区组,采用BH-5100五通道原子吸收光谱仪火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定锌、铁、钙、铜、镁含量;BH2100型钨舟原子吸收光谱仪钨舟原子吸收光谱法测定血铅含量。结果①铜、镁元素在各年龄组均未见缺乏,但均有锌、铁、钙元素的缺乏,且随着年龄的增加,锌、铁元素缺乏有所降低,而钙元素缺乏则有所增多,差异均有高度显著性(P<0.001);居住在工业区儿童锌、铁、钙元素的含量均较居住在非工业区儿童含量低,差异均有高度显著性(P均<0.001)。②~1岁组未出现铅中毒的情况,血铅水平在3个年龄组间有统计学差异,随着年龄增加有所增加,差异有高度显著性(P<0.001);居住在工业区儿童血铅含量较居住在非工业区儿童含量高,差异有高度显著性(P<0.001),铅中毒发生率亦明显增加,差异有高度显著性(χ2=9.902,P=0.002)。结论百色市0~6岁儿童铜、镁含量正常,锌、铁、钙缺乏较为普遍,铅中毒出现在~3岁、~6岁组儿童,居住在工业区儿童血铅含量较居住在非工业区儿童含量高,铅中毒发生率亦明显增加。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to understand the status of blood lead levels and trace elements deficiency in children of Baise City.Methods A total of 1878 blood samples from children aged 0~6 years were randomly selected in this study.The children were from urban area of Baise city and some county kindergartens and child health outpatient in our hospital.Children were divided into ~1-year old group,~3-year old group,~6-year old group and living in industrial area group and non-industrial area group.The BH-5100 five-channel atomic absorption spectrometer flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to measure the content of zinc,iron,calcium,copper and magnesium.The BH2100-type tungsten boat atomic absorption spectrometer tungsten boat atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the blood lead levels.Results ①Copper and magnesium were not deficient in each age group,but zinc,iron and calcium were deficient.And with aging,zinc and iron deficiency decreased,while calcium deficiency has increased.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The contents of zinc,iron and calcium in children living in the industrial area were lower than those living in non-industrial areas and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.001).② ~1-year old group did not have any case of lead poisoning.There was a statistically significant difference in blood lead levels among three age groups,and blood lead levels increased with aging,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Blood lead levels of children living in the industrial zone were higher than those living in non-industrial areas,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),and the incidence of lead poisoning was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significance(χ2 =9.902,P=0.002).Conclusion The contents of copper and magnesium can meet the needs of growing in 0~6 years old children in Baise City;zinc,iron and calcium deficiency are more common,and lead poisoning occurs in ~ 3-year old and 6-year old groups;the blood lead levels living in the industrial areas children are higher than those living in non-industrial areas,and also the incidence of lead poisoning is increased.
