香菇新菌株选育

Selection and Breeding for New Strains in Lentinula edodes

【摘要】 采用香菇135双核体秋水仙碱(C22H25NO6)诱变及香菇K303单核体秋水仙碱诱变的菌株388B1与香菇JL-2双核体杂交(单×双)的方法,成功地获得了优良的诱变菌株(编号为K05)和杂交菌株(编号为K48)。经拮抗试验、酯酶同工酶、分子标记等多种方法鉴定和栽培试验证明,诱变、杂交菌株为有别于出发菌株和亲本菌株的新菌株;3年的栽培比较试验结果表明:新菌株比当地主栽香菇135、939高产,K05比135每筒平均增产28.5%,K48比939每筒平均增产10.7%,产量生物学统计显示增产显著;经济性状考评为优质,菌柄短、菇形圆整。该研究成果不仅有望满足菇农对香菇新菌株的需求,而且可为香菇育种提供新的途径。

【Abstract】 Good strains(No: K05 and K48) were selected in Lentinula edodes by using colchicines inducing dikaryon strain 135 and di-mon-mating monokaryon strain 388B1 from strain K303 induced with dikaryon strain JL-2 in this study.The identification of antagonistic,esterase isozyme,molecular marker revealed that strains K05 and K48 are different from the initial strain 135 and their parentstrains K303 and JL-2.The three-year comparative cultivation test showed that the production growth is notable compared with the dominant strains 135 and 939.Compared with strain 135,strain K05 increased by 28.5% per bag on average,and compared with strain 939,strain K48 increased by 10.7%.The statistic analysis in biology showed that the yield increase is significant.This research results will not only meet the requirement to the new strains for mushroom farmers but also offer a new path way for selection and breeding in Lentinula edodes.
