含有螺环己烷结构的稠环斯德酮的合成

【摘要】 3-(3-芳基-3-羟基丙基)斯德酮在三氟化硼乙醚的催化作用下可以与环己酮发生类似于Oxa-Pictet-Spengler反应的成环反应,生成带有螺环己烷结构的稠环斯德酮.

【Abstract】 Fused-ring sydnones with a spiro cyclohexane moiety were prepared via oxa-Pictet-Spengler reaction of 3-(3-aryl-3-hydroxypropyl)sydnones with cyclohexanone in the presence of boron trifluoride ether complex.
