聚晶金刚石拉丝模卧式超声加工运动轨迹的计算机仿真

【摘要】 分析了聚晶金刚石拉丝模卧式超声加工机床的运动关系,建立了工具和拉丝模之间的运动轨迹方程;采用计算机仿真技术对工具和拉丝模之间的运动轨迹进行研究,在仿真基础上对加工参数进行优化.结果表明,加工运动轨迹方程是以卡盘电机转速(N),偏心轮电机转速(F)和杠杆旋转中心位置(a)为参数的函数.当N与F之间存在关系N=zF/n(z,n为正整数)时,加工轨迹会出现严重的不均匀现象.当n值一定时,z越小,加工轨迹不均匀现象越明显.计算机仿真技术可以对聚晶金刚石拉丝模卧式超声加工的运动轨迹进行优化,并为机械结构的进一步优化提供有效指导.

【Abstract】 Movement relationship of the horizontal ultrasonic machine for processing polycrystalline diamond wire drawing dies was analyzed and the trajectory equation between tool and wire drawing dies was formulated.The movement trajectory of the tool relive to the wire drawing dies was studied by using computer simulation technology,on the basis of which the processing parameters were optimized.The results indicated that processing trajectory was a function of the parameters such as the motor speed of the chuck(N)and the eccentric wheel(F)and the location of the lever rotation center(a).The processing trajectory was seriously uneven when N=zF/n(z,n is positive integer).When n was a definite value,processing trajectory would be more uneven with the decrease of the value z.Computer simulation technology can optimize the trajectory of the horizontal ultrasonic machining of polycrystalline diamond wire drawing dies and provide effective guidance for the further optimization of the mechanical structure of the horizontal ultrasonic machine.
