全氟丁基阳离子表面活性剂的合成与表面性能
Synthesis and Properties of Cationic Surfactant Perfluorobutyl
【摘要】 以全氟丁基磺酰氟与N,N’-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺为原料,合成全氟丁基磺酰胺,再与烷基二溴季铵盐化,首次成功得到了4种全氟丁基型阳离子表面活性剂,并通过19F NMR、1H NMR、MS和IR进行表征;结果表明,该2-N-[3-(二甲基氨)-丙基]全氟丁基磺酰胺二溴丙烷季铵盐表面活性剂在25℃时的表面张力为21.25 mN/m,临界胶束浓度为0.002g/L,表现出较高的表面活性。
【Abstract】 A series of novel perfluorobutyl-type cationic surfactant have been successfully synthesized for the first time,employing perfluorobutyl sulfonyl fluoride and N,N-dimethylpropane-1,3-dimine as raw materials to produce perfluorobutyl sulfonylurea amide firstly,and followed by reacting with alkyl dibromide.The as-prepared surfactants have been characterized by 19F NMR,1H NMR,MS and IR.By comparison,perfluorobutyl cationic surfactant with three alkyl chains demonstrates the highest activity with surface tension of the 21.25 mN/m under 25 ℃,and critical micelle concentration of 0.002 g/L.
