吸附制氢装置控制阀门故障时的安全性分析和改进
Safety Analysis of Control Valve of Adsorption Hydrogen Making Unit in Fault and Improvement
【摘要】 自动控制阀门在工艺系统中起到控制调节作用,同时在故障状态下阀门的动作要保证设备处于安全状态。通过对吸附制氢装置在生产过程中一起突发事故的分析,发现了控制阀门在选型方面存在的(不符合工艺方面要求的)缺陷并进行改进,实施后保证了装置及气体管网的安全运行。
【Abstract】 The automatic control valve plays the role of control regulation in the process system.In the fault state valve action guarantees the equipment in a safe state.According to the analysis of the sudden accident of an adsorption hydrogen making unit in production,it is found out that there are disadvantages in selection of control valve (It does not meet the requirements of the process).The improving measures are adopted,which guarantees safety running of the unit and the hydrogen pipeline.
