【摘要】 目的:支撑信息系统在医院等级评审中住院患者医疗质量与安全的指标监测。方法:对信息系统进行改造,修改住院病案首页、扩充住院病案附页。结果:统计数据采集量大,数据表达精准,录入工作负荷均衡。结论:改造后的医院信息系统完全能满足住院患者医疗质量与安全监测指标数据的采集。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To support indicator monitoring of medical quality and safety of hospitalized patients of information system in hospital level evaluation.Methods:The information system will be transformed,the first page of hospital medical records will be modified,and attached sheet of hospitalization medical records will be extended.Results:A large amount of statistical data is collected. The data presentation is accurate.Entry work has balanced load.Conclusion:After transformation,hospital information system can fully meet the requirements of data acquisition of medical quality and safety monitoring of hospitalized patients.更多还原
