【摘要】 县级区域卫生信息平台是四川省卫生信息化总体规划中的最小区域平台,也是数据落地的最小数据中心。县级平台建设的好坏,直接影响到市级平台和省级平台的性能和功能。因此,要非常重视县级平台的建设,解决好网络结构、数据落地、功能范围、系统模式、系统安全、数据标准、机房选址、建设管理、后期运维等问题。根据四川省的实际情况,四川省卫生信息中心对这些问题做了深入研究,对县级区域卫生信息平台进行设计,并根据设计进行软件开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional health information system platform for counties is the smallest platform in heal information overall planning of Sichuan Province,and meanwhile it is also the smallest data center.The construction of county platform can directly impact the performances and functions of urban and provincial platform.Thus,it shall attain great importance on the construction of county platform as well as various problems,including network structure,data grounding,function scope,system mode,system security, data standard,computer room location,construction management,late running and maintenance,etc.Based on the actual situation in Sichuan Province,after intensive study,the Health Information Center of that province designed the regional health information platform for counties and based on the design,they developed software.更多还原
