棉织物低温前处理技术
Low temperature pretreatment of cotton fabric
【摘要】 采用复合酶冷堆+低温氧漂工艺对棉织物进行低温前处理,探讨了复合酶001、活化剂DZ-1和双氧水用量对前处理效果的影响,并介绍了大车生产实践。结果表明,复合酶冷堆+低温氧漂工艺可使传统双氧水漂白的温度从98~100℃降低到80℃漂白;与传统前处理工艺相比,低温前处理半成品染色牢度与之相当。
【Abstract】 Cotton pretreatment is carried out with cold pad-batch scouring(using complex enzyme 001 and activator DZ-1) and low-temperature peroxide bleaching process.Influences of dosages of enzyme 001,activator DZ-1 and hydrogen peroxide on pretreatment results are discussed,and the practice applications are introduced.The results show that the new pretreatment process can reduce the bleaching temperature from 98~100 ℃ to 80 ℃,and the product treated with the new pretreatment process has the same color fastness as that with the traditional one.
