载铜抗菌纤维的制备

【摘要】 采用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)作为硅偶联剂,与棉纤维表面羟基反应,再与硫酸铜络合反应,使棉纤维负载铜以制备抗菌纤维。试验了偶联剂质量分数、偶联温度、络合温度等因素对铜负载量的影响,优化的偶联处理工艺为:偶联温度35℃,偶联剂质量分数0.2%;优化的络合负载Cu2+条件为:CuSO45 mg/kg,络合温度40℃;测试载铜抗菌纤维抗菌性能的结果表明,经过1~3次洗涤后,对大肠埃希菌和白葡萄球菌仍具有较好的抗菌性。

【Abstract】 Cotton fiber is functionized by reaction of hydroxyl group on cotton surface to aminopropyltrieth-oxysilane coupling agent molecular,Cu2+ is loaded onto cotton fiber surface by complexation of functional group and Cu2+,the effects of concentration of coupling agent,coupling temperature,complexation temperature are studied.Antibacterial property of cotton fiber is tested.The results show that concentration of coupling agent is 0.2%,coupling temperature is 35 ℃;concentration of CuSO4 is 5 mg/L,complexation temperature is 40 ℃.The treated fiber has good property of antibacterial to escherichia coli and white staphylococcus,and antibacterial effect is durable even after 1~3 times washing.
