壳聚糖亚胺改性法制备功能棉纤维
Preparation of functional cotton fiber with chitosan imine modification
【摘要】 采用壳聚糖溶液对氧化棉纤维进行亚胺化功能改性。研究了处理时间、反应温度、壳聚糖及高碘酸钠质量浓度对棉纤维增重率、断裂强度及伸长率和初始模量等力学性能的影响。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明,壳聚糖中的氨基与氧化棉纤维分子中的醛基形成席夫碱(C N)双键,使壳聚糖分子共价交联在棉纤维上。利用制备的壳聚糖改性棉纤维作为药物载体,控制释放仙人掌提取物,得到了良好的承载与缓释药物效果。
【Abstract】 Imidation functional modification is carried out on oxidized cotton with chitosan.The effects of treatment time,reaction temperature,dosage of chitosan and sodium periodate on the weight gain,breaking strength,breaking elongation and initial modulus of cotton fiber are investigated.Fourier transform infrared spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry reveal that the C-N of Schiff base is formed between amido groups of chitosan and aldehyde groups in oxidized cotton fiber.A model experiment for the controlled release of cactus extract is studied using the chitosan modified cotton fiber as a drug carrier.It shows that this novel modified cotton fiber has wide applications for the sustained release drugs.
