【摘要】 目的探讨Wnt-3a蛋白和β-catenin蛋白在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织及宫颈鳞癌(SCC)组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测20例正常宫颈组织(正常组)、24例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织(CIN组)及56例宫颈鳞癌组织(SCC组)中Wnt-3a蛋白和β-catenin蛋白的表达。结果 Wnt-3a和β-catenin在正常宫颈组织、CIN组织及SCC组织中的表达逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),β-catenin的异常表达与病理分级有关,与临床分期无关,而Wnt-3a与两者均无关。在SCC组织中Wnt-3a与β-catenin的表达有相关性(r=0.181)。结论 Wnt-3a和β-catenin可能参与了宫颈鳞状上皮的恶性转化过程,在由CIN发展到SCC的过程中起了一定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and significance of Wnt-3a and β-catenin in normal cervical,cervical intraepithelial neoplasla(CIN) and squamous carcinoma of the cervix(SCC).Methods Wnt-3a and β-catenin were detected by SP-immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of normal cervical(the normal group),24 cases of CIN(the CIN group)and 56 cases of SCC(the SCC group).Results The expression of Wnt-3a and β-catenin in normal cervical,CIN and SCC were rising gradually and the differences among three groups were significant(P<0.05).The abnormal expression of β-catenin was positive correlated with histological grade,but was not correlated with clinical stages.However,there was no correlation for Wnt-3a expression.In SCC,there was positive correlation between Wnt-3a and β-catenin(r=0.181).Conclusion Wnt-3a and β-catenin were related to the process of malignant transformation of cervical squamous epithelium,which may play important roles in the development from CIN to SCC.更多还原
