【摘要】 介绍了一种曲面型蜂窝夹层结构遮光罩的研制技术,基于遮光罩的结构特点和技术要求,重点对材料选择、工艺方法、模具设计、技术难点及解决措施进行了讨论。结果表明:按照由内到外的胶接顺序采用两步固化工艺,能够解决曲面型遮光罩的成型问题,并满足各项设计要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The manufacture processing for curved surface baffle of honeycomb sandwich structure is introduced in this paper.Material selection,technique,die design,technical difficulties and its solutions are discussed mainly based on the structure characteristic and requirement of baffle.The results show that secondary curing can resolve the forming of curved surface baffle,its performance is able to meet all design requirement.更多还原
