实施柔性教育 发展高职教育
On the development of the high vocation education by implementing flexible way
【摘要】 高等职业教育的发展必须强调教育的弹性和灵活性,在高职教育中实施柔性教育成为必然。高职院校可以通过制订柔性人才培养模式、运用柔性教学方式、采取柔性教学管理三个途径来实施柔性教育。
【Abstract】 We should lay emphasis on the flexibility of the high vocation education,which is implemented by means of working out the flexible talent training pattern,using the flexible teaching way and adopting the flexible teaching management.
