Fundamental Concepts of GAMPS 5 and Its Introduction
【摘要】 主要对医药行业有关计算机化系统验证的重要指南GAMP 5的一些重要的基本概念和内容作了简单的介绍,其中包括GAMP的发展历史、计算机化系统和计算机化系统验证(CSV)的概念、GAMP 5对计算机化系统软件和硬件的分类、GAMP 5的基本思想和概念、GAMP 5文件结构内容和它的适用范围。
【Abstract】 This paper aims at introducing some important concepts and content of GAMP 5 which is an important guide for the validation of computerized system used in pharmaceutical industry.What presented herein included development history of GAMP 5,the concepts of computerized system and computerized system validation(CSV),the categories of software and hardware used in GAMP 5,the fundamental concepts of GAMP 5 and the document structure and applicability of GAMP 5.
