乙酸乙酯类衍生物对小鼠学习记忆再现障碍的影响
Improving effect of acetic ether derivatives to reconstruction dysfunction of learning and memory in mice
【摘要】 [目的]研究2-[1-(4-甲基哌嗪)]-2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酯(促忆5号)和1-[1-(4-甲基哌嗪)]-2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酮(促忆6号)对乙醇所致小鼠记忆再现障碍的影响.[方法]将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、脑复康(3g/kg)阳性组、促忆5号大、小剂量(40,20mg/kg)组,促忆6号大、小剂量(40,20mg/kg)组,连续灌胃给予7d.采用乙醇建立记忆再现障碍模型,以避暗法和水迷宫法观察促忆5号和6号对小鼠学习记忆的影响.[结果]促忆5号和6号均可使避暗法小鼠潜伏期延长,错误次数明显减少,使水迷宫法小鼠到达时间缩短,错误次数减少,促忆5号及6号略优于脑复康.[结论]促忆5号和6号均对小鼠学习记忆有一定的改善作用.
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the improving effect of 2-[1-(4-Methylpiperazine)]-2-[1-(2-Pyridine)Ethoxy](Promoting Memory No.5)ethyl and 1-(4-Methylpiperazin-1-yl)-2-(1-(pyridin-2-yl)Ethoxy) Ethanone(Promoting Memory No.6)to reconstruction dysfunction of learning and memory in mice.METHODS The mice were divided into 5 groups: control group,model group,capsule of brain compound group,large and small dosage of P M No.5(40,20 mg/kg) groups and P M No.6(40,20 mg/kg) groups.They were ig drug ethyl 7 days continuously,and to establish the model of memory reconstruction dysfunction in mice of P M No.5 and P M No.6 to effect of learning and memory with the darkness avoidance test and the water maze test.RESULTS P M No.5 and P M No.6 were reduced error frequency and prolonged latency with the darkness avoidance test,it is shortened arrival time and reduce error frequency with the water maze test.CONCLUSION P M No.5 and P M No.6 have improving effect to learning and memory in mice.
