“无碳小车”的创新性设计

【摘要】 针对第二届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛命题"无碳小车"的要求,经过任务分解,进行了创新性小车设计。探讨了提高小车运行平稳的方法与措施,解决了影响小车运行的平稳、运动换向机构、驱动及周期性转向等关键性问题,提高了小车的运行精度,确定了小车的结构参数及总体方案。大赛实践表明,该小车结构合理,操作简单,运行轨迹符合大赛要求,小车运行平稳,行程远,避障多,设计方案正确,取得了较好的竞赛成绩。

【Abstract】 Based on requirements of proposition called "carbon-free vehicle " in the 2nd National College Engineering Training Complex Ability Competition,a creative design of vehicle is presented in this paper with analysis the proposition carefully and task decomposition,in which solved the key problem of the effects of smooth and stable running,mechanical automatic reversing mechanism,driving and cyclical turning on the performance of the vehicle,and discussed how to raise the running performance of the vehicle.The running accuracy of vehicle might be increased,the vehicle’s structural parameters and the general scheme were determined.Competition and practice proved that the vehicle design was correct and feasible with reasonable structure,liable performance simplicity in operation.Its running track could satisfy the requirements of competition,with smooth running track,travelling a long distant and obstacle avoidance more were realized,so it made a good race result.
