【摘要】 目的对肿瘤坏死因子-α-转化酶在肺癌转移中的作用进行分析探讨。方法随机入组在2009年1月至2012年1月间我院收治的肺癌晚期转移患者病例62例,以及同期体检健康者60例,对其肿瘤坏死因子-α-转化酶在外周血中的表达水平进行比较分析。结果肺癌组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α-转化酶的表达水平明显高于对照组,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤坏死因子-α-转化酶的过度表达,可能促进了肺癌的转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of the tumor necrosis factor-α-converting enzyme in lung cancer metastasis. Methods 62 patients with lung cancer at advanced stage were recruited in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 and 60 healthy volunteers were recruited at the same time. The tumor necrosis factor-of α-converting enzyme expression in the two groups were compared. Results The level of tumor necrosis factor-α-converting enzyme in the lung cancer group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P <0.05). Conclusions Overexpression of tumor necrosis factor-α-converting enzyme may promote the metastasis of lung cancer.更多还原
