【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育对提高老年糖尿病患者的效果。方法按照WHO1999年推荐的糖尿病诊断和分型标准,对140例老年糖尿病患者实施完善系统的健康教育路径,并进行效果评价。结果干预组对疾病相关知识的掌握程度和临床疗效均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论强化健康教育可提高老年糖尿病患者对疾病知晓率,提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of health education on elderly diabetic patients. Methods 140 cases of elderly diabetic atients by WHO 1999 diabetes diagnosis and classification standards were implemented with perfect systematic health education path, to valuate the effect. Results Disease awareness and clinical effect in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group. onclusion Health education can provide elderly diabetic patients with disease awareness, improve curative effect and reduce complications.更多还原
