【摘要】 目的探讨快速康复理念腹腔镜直结肠癌根治手术的配合。方法选取我院肛肠外科学于2009年6月至2011年9月成功开展快速康复理念下腹腔镜直结肠癌根治手术45例,总结例快速康复理念腹腔镜直结肠癌根治手术的配合体会。结果手术顺利开展,无一例需术中改开腹,无一例病人发生术后应激反应。结论护士掌握手术的配合要求有助于减少术后应激反应及并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the nursing care in the radical resection of colon carcinoma by laparoscope with the fast track rehabilitation concept. Methods The nursing coordination experience of 45 cases of radical resection colon carcinoma by laparoscope with the fast track rehabilitation concept in our hospital from June 2009 to September 2011 was summarized. Results All the operations were successfully performed and no case was transferred to opening ecphyadectom or the stress response happened. Conclusions Sufficient preoperative preparation is the basis of successful surgery. Nursing care is necessary to reduce the risk of postoperative complications such as the stress response.更多还原
