【摘要】 目的探讨胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2009年5月至2011年11月入我院进行肺癌根治术的73例患者的临床资料,根据手术方式不同分为治疗组41例和对照组32例,其中治疗组在胸腔镜下进行手术,对照组按传统开胸方式进行手术,比较两组患者的手术情况和随访6个月后的复发率。结果治疗组患者的肺部引流拔管时间和平均住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中平均出血量显著少于对照组,P<0.05,平均手术时间两组相比无显著差异,P>0.05;术后治疗组有2例患者有并发症状,占4.88%,显著低于对照组的8例(25.00%);随访6个月后治疗组病情复发2名(4.88%),显著低于对照组4例(12.50%),P<0.05。结论胸腔镜下对肺癌患者行根治术创伤性小,临床疗效更好,术后患者并发症发生率低,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety for patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery. Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with lung cancer radical surgery in our hospital from May 2009 to November 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different surgical approaches, 73 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was taken with thoracoscopic surgery, and the control group was taken with traditional thoracotomy surgery. The surgery situations and relapse rate of six months after follow-up were compared. Results The lung drainage extubation time and the average length of hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group. The mean amount of bleeding was significantly less than the control group, P <0.05, the mean operative time had no significant difference compared in the two groups, P >0.05. In the postoperative treatment group, two patients had complication symptoms, accounting for 4.88%, significantly lower than 8 cases (25.00%) in the control group. 2 cases (4.88%) had disease recurrence six months after following-up in the treatment group, significantly lower than 4 cases (12.50%) in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusions Thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery has slight trauma, better clinical efficacy, low postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
