【摘要】 目的优质护理服务模式对进一步调动护理人员的工作积极性、主观能动性和创造性的作用。方法加强护理管理;减轻工作压力;个性化指导;让护理人员充分展示自已的长处;妥善处理医护之间的矛盾;灵活的培训形式;激励与营造学习气氛。结果病人满意度在原有基础上又有了提高,收到的锦旗、表扬信明显增多。结论优质护理服务模式能够调动护理人员的主观能动性,其综合素质明显提高,病人满意度提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing service mode on releasing the nurses’ working initiative, subjective initiative and creativity. Methods The methods were taken as followed: strengthene nursing management; reducing the working pressure; personalized guidance; displaying nurses’ advantages well; properly deal with the contradiction between doctors and nurses; flexible training forms; incentive and creating learning atmosphere. Results Patients’ satisfaction based on the original had again rise, the medical staff received more pennants and appreciation letters.
