【摘要】 目的观察自制中药穴位贴敷剂对感冒发热患者的发汗退热临床疗效。方法将80例感冒发热患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药穴位贴敷疗法,对照组给予西药酚麻美敏片口服治疗。通过观察两组出汗及体温下降情况比较两组疗效。结果经临床观察,采用中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗,出汗时间、起效时间均优于对照组(P<0.01),但两者痊愈时间基本相同(P>0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷疗法具有疗效好、副作用小、易操作等优势,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of using traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking on patients with cold fever through sweating. Methods 80 cases of cold fever were randomly allocated into two groups: the treatment group received Chinese medicine acupoint sticking, and the control group took western medicine Tylenol Cold. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by sweat and body temperature. Results The sweating time and effect onset time in patients with Chinese medicine acupoint sticking were better than those in the control group (P <0.01), but the cure time of the two groups was similar (P >0.05). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking has a precise effect, tiny side effects and simple operation, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
