【摘要】 目的研究不同方法治疗尺桡骨干双骨折对前臂功能的影响。方法将62例尺桡骨干双骨折患者分为治疗1组与治疗2组,治疗1组采取闭合复位髓内弹性钉固定术治疗,而治疗2组采取切开复位螺钉钢板内固定术治疗,术后3个月时评定两组疗效及患者前臂功能情况。结果治疗1组治愈率与总有效率(85.37%,97.56%)均明显高于治疗2组(57.14%,76.19%),P<0.05。结论闭合复位髓内弹性钉固定术治疗尺桡骨干双骨折对患者前臂功能影响较小且疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the impact of different treatment methods on the forearm function of double fracture of radioulnar. Methods 62 patients with double fracture of radioulnar were divided into treatment group 1 and treatment group 2. Group 1 received the treatment of close replacement and internal fixation with elastic nail, while group 2 received the treatment of open replacement and internal fixation with screw plate. The therapeutic effect and the patients’ forearm function 3 months after the operation were evaluated. Results Both the rate and total effective rate in group 1 (85.37%, 97.56%) were significantly higher than those in group 2 (57.14%, 76.19%), P <0.05. Conclusions The treatment of close replacement and internal fix with elastic nail in treating double fracture of radioulnar has exact effect with less impact on forearm function.更多还原
