【摘要】 近年来,多学科协作诊治模式成为现代医学模式的一个趋势,特别在恶性肿瘤的诊治方面已经取得很好的效果,不但提高了患者的生存率及生活质量,在研究生的培养方面也取得相当好的效果,主要提高了研究生规范化治疗水平,提高了研究生的循证医学水平,充实了研究生的其他学科知识,提高了研究生的英语水平,提高了研究生不断学习的意识和能力。积极推行这一诊治模式,有利于培养优秀的普外科临床研究生。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,multi-disciplinary treatment--a trend in modern medical model--has achieved very good results,especially in terms of diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.The multi-disciplinary treatment has not only improved patient survival and quality of life,and achieved very good results in terms of postgraduate training,such as postgraduates’ improved level of standardization treatment,evidence-based medicine,other disciplinary knowledge,English and ability of continuous learning.Active promotion of multi-disciplinary treatment helps in training excellent clinical postgraduates of general surgery.更多还原
