反射式塑料光纤微距检测系统的设计

【摘要】 文中,依据光纤镜面反射原理,并利用塑料光纤成本低、可绕性好和芯径粗易于加工的特点,进行了塑料光纤微距传感检测系统的设计。重点介绍了传感器的原理、测量系统的组成、检测电路的特点等,给出了光信号处理系统、电信号处理系统、软件程序设计以及实验测量结果。实验结果表明,在0~1 mm范围内传感器输出与待测距离成线性关系,灵敏度为1.72 mV/μm,平均相对误差为0.483%,适合于微距的测量。

【Abstract】 According to the reflection principle of optical fiber,and using the characteristics of low-cost plastic optical fiber can be good around and the core diameter is coarse,the testing system on reflection plastic optical fiber distance sensor was designed.The principle of the optical fiber distance sensor,the constitution of the measurement system and the characteristics of the detection circuit were recommended.It presented the softuare design and the experimental resul.The experiment result shows the relationship between output and distance is linearity in the range from 0 to 1 mm,the sensitivity is 1.72 mV/μm,the average relative error is 0.483%.The system is suitable for the measurement of micro-distance.
