智能型备用电源自动投入装置现场校验仪
Intelligent Field Calibrator for Backup Power Auto-switch-on Device
【摘要】 采用ARM微处理器作为主控芯片,基于μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统设计了一种智能型备自投现场校验仪。该校验仪采用模块化设计,利用全数字模拟的方法,在装置内部集成多种接线方式的工作逻辑,用继电器模拟实际线路中的断路器,三相程控电压源、电流源模拟实际线路中的电压、电流等线路参数,采样备自投装置的出口动作和时序,通过程序判断和校验自投装置的工作状态。在详细分析系统结构和硬件设计后,具体阐述了嵌入式软件的设计与实现。按该方案设计的校验仪已投入实际应用,应用结果表明:该校验仪具有良好的功能和性能,界面友好,工作稳定,满足自投装置的校验要求。
【Abstract】 This paper designed an intelligent field calibrator based on μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system and ARM microprocessor.The calibrator integrated kinds of connection rules and calibration logic by adopting the modular design approach and all-digital simulation method.It simulated the breakers,voltages and currents of actual line through the relays,three-phase programmable voltage sources and current sources respectively.The calibrator sampled the actions and time sequences of the backup power auto-switch-on device,through whose output channels.Applying the preset rule and calibration logic,the calibrator generated the action signals in sequence to the backup power auto-switch-on device as well to calibrate its work state.A detailed description about the system architecture,the key hardware design,and the implementation of embedded software were presented.Currently,the designed calibrator has been put into practice in field testing applications.The test results show that the calibrator has good functionality and performance,friendly interface,stable work,and can meet the field calibration requirements.
