适合于土压力测试的新型光纤光栅传感器性能研究
Design of Novel Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor for Monitoring Soil Pressure
【摘要】 土压力测量是土力学研究要点,传统土压力传感器因不具备长期稳定、耐久性和抗电磁干扰等功能无法满足结构监测要求。光纤光栅,因有精度高、体积小、耐腐蚀等优点,被作为传感元件,设计了一种新型光纤光栅土压力传感器,理论分析其测压原理及可行性,并以实验方式对该传感器性能进行校核。研究表明:此光纤光栅土压力传感器的温度自补偿功能、线性度和重复性、总精度等都较好,满足工程需求,能用于岩土工程结构的长期健康监测。
【Abstract】 Soil pressure’s monitoring is important in soil mechanics,and conventional sensors can’t keep pace with the development of structure health monitoring for lack of long-term stability,durability,anti-electromagnetic interference.While fiber Bragg grating occupies merits of high-precision,small size and corrosion resisting,being taken as sensing element,a novel fiber Bragg grating soil pressure sensor was designed.Theoretical analysis and experiments was done to explain and calibrate the sensor’s feature.Results illustrate that the fiber Bragg grating soil pressure sensor has self-temperature compensating,good linearity and repetition,high precision and so on,which meets the demand of civil engineering and can be adopted for long-term monitoring of geotechnical structures.
