结冰信号器用特种加热器及性能研究
Study on Properties of Special Heaters Used in Icing Detector
【摘要】 针对狭小空间中使用的小型加热器的试制工艺,研究了材料对电性能、绝缘性能、耐压性能及长期寿命等特性的影响。结果表明加热器采用0Cr27Al7Mo2合金时,最大电流能力可达10 A;在通断电20 s时,长期寿命超过160 000次,采用石英玻璃纤维时,通电后的加热器抗电强度可达700 V、50 Hz、1 min不击穿,绝缘电阻大于20 MΩ.这种加热器具有体积小,发热功率大,寿命长的特点,满足了研制设计的要求。
【Abstract】 The effects of the materials on electrical properties,insulating properties,pressure resistance and long life properties of small heater prepared by process were investigated.The results show that in the use of the 0Cr27Al7Mo2 alloy,maximum current capability can be up to 10 A,long life more than 160 000 times with the pass off in 20 seconds.In the use of the quartz glass fibers,power electric strength can be up to 700 V,50 Hz,1 min without breakdown,the insulation resistance were greater than 20 MΩ.This kind of heater has small volume,high power,life long characteristic,it satisfies the request of development design.
